What data we process and why

When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, company, email address, phone number (if you give it), industry and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and, where relevant, preparing a proposal.

When you request a demo, we process your name, your email address, your business name and your industry in order to send you the personalised demo and, afterwards, to write to you to ask whether you found it useful. We don't add you to any mailing list without your permission.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to deal with your request and, after that, for the periods required by law.

Recipients

We don't pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. We may use service providers (for example, web hosting or email) that act as data processors: GitHub (website hosting), Cloudflare (sending the demo form) and Resend (sending emails), as well as [otros proveedores]. Some are based in the United States; in that case, the transfer is made with the safeguards GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
