Can it connect to A3, Sage or Holded?
Yes. If your software has a direct connection, we use it. If not, the invoice data is prepared in its import format so you can load it in one go.
Does the AI do the bookkeeping on its own?
No. It reads the invoices and suggests the entry, but someone on your team reviews the unclear ones and nothing is posted unless you decide so.
What happens to my clients' data?
We sign a data processing agreement with you, the data is stored on EU servers and the AI tools we use don't train on it.
What about invoicing under Verifactu (Spain's e-invoicing rules)?
Invoices are still issued with certified software. What we automate is collecting, reading and organising your clients' documents.
