Data processing agreement
We sign a data processing agreement with you, as GDPR requires, listing the tools involved.
Five steps, from the first conversation to everyday use. With clarity about what we'll do, how it will work and what will still need a person.
We get to know your business and the process you want to improve.
We choose one specific, realistic opportunity to start with.
We set out the solution, the scope and the price, in writing.
We build it, test it with real cases and fine-tune it.
We show you how to use it and check that it works the way you expected.
You work directly with the person who designs and builds your solution.
We start from a specific need, not from whatever tool is in fashion.
We take into account your processes, your resources and what your team already knows how to do.
We explain what we're going to do, how it will work and what will still need a person.
Setting it up includes helping you use it. We won't leave you with a tool nobody understands.
"We'll draft a reply for you to review." AI helps; the decisions are still yours.
We work with sensitive information: enquiries, documents, client data. These are our commitments on every project.
We sign a data processing agreement with you, as GDPR requires, listing the tools involved.
We use business versions where your data isn't used to train AI models. Never personal accounts.
We prioritise providers that host data in Europe. Where that isn't possible, we only use those that offer the safeguards GDPR requires.
The AI only gets the information it needs for each task. Everything else stays in your systems.
Accounts and credentials in your company's name, with two-factor authentication and minimum permissions. When we finish, we return or delete the data.
Assistants that talk to your clients say they're an AI, and there's always a way to reach a person.
We don't build systems that score or reject candidates, clients or employees. The AI prepares and sorts; you decide.
Every project includes a clear summary of which data is used, where it's stored, who has access and what happens at the end.
Got another question? Write to us and we'll get back to you.
That's the most common case. The examples are just a sample: tell us which task takes up your time and we'll tell you whether we can solve it, either by connecting your tools or by building something to measure, like a booking diary or a portal for your clients.
No. You can come with something as specific as "I waste a lot of time answering the same questions". We find the right tool and explain it with examples.
Usually not. First we try to connect what you already use, like email, spreadsheets or your management software. We only suggest a new tool if it genuinely makes the work simpler.
Only if you decide it should. In many cases the most useful set-up is for the AI to draft a reply or sort the information and for a person to review it. We always explain which part still needs a human.
It depends on the scope. Each project has a fixed price that we agree before we start. We also offer diagnostic or training sessions and an optional maintenance service.
We start with one specific process so you see results soon. We set the exact timeline in the proposal, depending on what needs to be built and tested.
We handle it in line with GDPR: we sign a data processing agreement, use professional tools that don't train on your data and prioritise EU servers. We explain in writing where the information is stored and who has access. See our commitments.
That's not how we work. The AI drafts, organises information and flags what's worth checking, but important decisions, especially those that affect people, are always made by someone on your team.
Tell us and we'll be honest about whether we can help. The first conversation comes with no commitment.
